    Can't part with it now...

    Absolutely wonderful. I love it. But now that you ask, there are a few things that I noticed which would make it even more wonderful. Every Word must be accurate to The KJV. If EQ-ing and volume leveling were applied to all tracks. And if the reading were slowed to half the speed which would allow for a measure of meditation on The Scriptures rather than rushing through. Although still a wonderful Audio Bible and I will not part with it. Sincerely, Tom

    Love this set of discs and the speaker is one you can listen to with very clarity. My husband listens to a disc or 2 every day as right now he is unable to read for very long but this gives him a chance to hear the scriptures that he had been reading for many years.

    A really excellent audio Bible!

    I've listened to other audio bibles but it was like listening to someone using a monotone voice which didn't inspire me to listen to it. but this audio Bible being read by Alexander Scourby I noticed his voice wasn't mono toned at all. He read it with some emotion in his voice, and it made the Bible come alive for me. it was like I was back there in bible times myself as a witness instead of just a listener.

    My sister is 'developmentally delayed' she has a reading disability, and loves the Bible....she wore out her cassettes, of which she didn't have a full set. She wanted the Old and New Testaments and this is perfect for her. She'll sit for a long time and listen.
